Front-row view of the break. La Bocana has been the anchor of El Tunco's dining scene since 2015 — a proper restaurant with white tablecloths that somehow still feels like a beach bar. The ceviche is the best on the coast, full stop.
The kitchen runs on local catch: whatever the boats brought in that morning. The bar program is serious, the margaritas are cold, and on Fridays a three-piece band sets up on the terrace from 7pm.
